We arrrived at this hotel early in the morning after 13hrs fly & 2hrs drive, they didn't have room yet for us. But the staff is very kind, let us use the sauma facilities so that we can use the shower, make changes, get ready for our meeting. That was great services, including clean towels. Breakfast is good, room is very bright. Great Hotal!

I had my balcony doors open because it was too hot that weekend when I stayed there.. Unfortunatly the gardner started his grass trimming at 7am and I couldnt sleep because of the loud noise. I shut the balcony doors but that didnt help much!!

Had a nice stay in a hotel with large rooms and great breakfast. The staff was helpful and accommodating - they assisted me whenever I needed something. The location was perfect for business travellers. The spacious room offered good internet access that enabled me to work efficiently from the hotel.

Nice Italian-style decor. Roomy and light. Although generally the hotel staff was kind of cold and unfriendly, one particular waiter made our breakfast an absolute joy - he was both efficient and friendly.

Unfriendly and totally disinterested reception staff. We found ourselves in the predicament of having two rooms for the 4 of us instead of one room. Not easy to rectify when two of you are young kids. The receptionist at our check-in made absolutely no effort to try and propose a solution - merely a thousand-foot stare. Being a fitness- conscious couple, we looked forward to availing of the gym facility. However, it's a total joke. Under-equipped and minute. Wi-Fi not free.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was friendly and efficient. We were impressed by the fresh breakfast selection and the good location - close to a lovely park and a variety of restaurants. the hotel also had a good internet connection and extensive TV service.
